10 Steps to Flawless Skin

Flawless skin is the dream of every girl but these days due to pollution, unhealthy diet, stress and various other environmental factors it’s very rare to have flawless skin naturally.

Skin is the most sensitive human organ which gets effected by weather, temperature, humidity and most of all the diet we eat !!! To maintain the natural glow of our skin and protect it from the harsh affects of the environment, it is very important to take good care of our skin, eat healthy diet, protect it from environmental hazards and follow some skin care regime on daily basis to keep it young, fresh and flawless. Here are small steps to incorporate in your daily routine, to have that flawless look. These simple steps will not only give your skin a beautiful outer glow, but will also protect your skin from premature aging and harmful affects of sun and will give you flawless younger looking skin everyday look.

So here is the list of those steps to perfect looking healthy skin:

1-Cleanse

To start your beauty regime start off with cleansing all the dirt and makeup off your skin with deep cleansing towelette. Once you are done use some gentle oil cleanser and luke warm water to draw out sebum and bacteria. The proper deep cleansing is the key to vibrant healthy skin. After these two steps, take cream or foam cleanser and apply it on the skin using gentle circular movements to get rid of the dirt from deep within giving your skin a healthy glow.

2- Exfoliate

The proper exfoliation is a crucial step towards acne-free and glowing skin.Once you have got rid of all the impurities and dirt, now is the time to remove the dead skin. The supplest skin is completely devoid of any dead skin cells collected on the surface, so gently slough it off—and don’t forget to do your pout, too. But keep in mind exfoliation should be done at max once a week .

3- Tone

Toning removes any residues from the last two steps. It soothes and balances the pH of your skin. Use a skin toner that suits your skin type and does not disturb the skins delicate pH balance. Always choose a gentle toner containing natural botanical cleansing agents and is free of harsh chemicals and alcohol, so that it is both hydrating and clarifying.

You may be surprised at how much more dirt will be removed with the cotton swab and toner that had been missed with the cleanser.

4-Apply Mask

An extremely popular skincare trend that originated in South Korea, sheet masks are a brilliant and budget-friendly luxury. Made of cotton, hydrogel, or fiber, each sheet mask is soaked in a serum-like formula that usually has at least one active ingredient like tea-tree oil to calm irritated, acne-prone skin or green tea to infuse skin with antioxidant-rich moisture.

Peach and Lily, a U.S. beauty e-commerce site, sells these individually wrapped masks by a number of Asian brands. Simply apply your chosen sheet mask over your face for ten to twenty minutes, then carefully pull off. No need to rinse your face afterward.

5-Eye Cream

The skin around the eyes is more fragile, more prone to dryness, and quicker to show age and fatigue. Squinting and constant movement of the eyes also hasten the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and fluids collect under the eyes and cause puffiness and dark circles. An eye cream as a part of your nightly routine is essential for keeping wrinkles at a bay and to address some of such issues like puffiness and dark circles. After you applied eye patches, you need a cream to hydrate and moisturize the area around the eyes. Instead of pulling the skin around the eyes, only tap a dash of eye cream and let the skin absorb it.

6- Moisturize

Moisturize twice a day; in morning and evening after cleansing your skin. Love your skin and it will reflect it back.

7- Use Primer

Why to use primer? Primer fills in lines, smooths an uneven texture, and holds foundation in place. So when you need your makeup to last all day (and look amazing), apply some good quality primer over moisturized skin before your base. On time-crunched mornings when you want to keep it simple, you can even wear primer solo (that’s right!). The latest crop also corrects skin issues, so you can control shine, get a glow, hide redness—whatever you need!

8- Foundation

The latest foundation formulas not only gives a great coverage but also disguise fine lines, moisturize, and infuse skin with youth-boosting ingredients, such as retinol, peptides, and antioxidants.

To look fresh-faced, apply base only where you need it—around the eyes, nose, chin, and over redness or dark spots, says Los Angeles makeup artist Joanna Schlip. Find the perfect match by testing colors along your jawline and asking for a sample to try at home as “Department-store lighting can be deceiving,” Schlip explains.

To make your foundation look so natural that no one will know you’re wearing it, make sure you’re applying it with the right tool—and we don’t mean your fingers. “When you spread foundation with your fingertips, the warmth of your skin can thin the formula out in places, making your makeup uneven,” explains London-based makeup artist Amanda Bell.

9- Apply Concealer

Concealer hides the imperfections of your skin. Use concealer over foundation under your eyes to cover the dark circles and spots to perfect everything. (Or, if you’re in a rush, just dab concealer where you need it most). Luckily, today’s concealers work incognito, erasing skin imperfections without heavy coverage.

10- Powder

Powder muffles imperfections, but it’s lightweight enough to let your own skin peek through. It provides light coverage, hydration, and a luminous sheen that seems to lift cheekbones.
